A proud DHVSU graduate and board passer since 2023, he honed his craft at Makati Development Corporation, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale construction and design projects. With a strong eye for detail and safety, Alsen brings every client’s vision to life blending creativity, precision, and purpose in every space he designs.

Darcy Catap is a creative and passionate Interior Designer with an international certification from the International Design Institute (IDI) and advanced training from Darren Palmer’s Masterclass.
Since 2020, Darcy has been redefining spaces through thoughtful design — blending style, comfort, and purpose to create interiors that tell your story and inspire everyday living.
EDWARD JOSEPH L. MANALO
Chief Operating Officer
Edward Joseph Manalo is a licensed Aeronatical Engineer and certified Pilot with a strong background in precision, leadership, and management. After earning his engineering license in 2018 and completing pilot training in 2022 where he was awarded Best in Flying and Best in Academics. Edward brought his discipline and analytical mindset into the construction industry.
At DMC²⁰²⁴ Construction Services, he oversees financial operations and team coordination, ensuring every project runs efficiently and within budget. A natural leader and mentor, Edward combines technical excellence with people-first management, helping the company build not just structures but trust.
